This chapter is divided into five subsections (Introduction, Infrastructure, Transport, Education & Health, Local Authority); The first of which (Introduction) presents a process for filtering and prioritising those assets which should be included within appraisal, and it is therefore recommended that appraisers review this introduction prior to other subsections.
